Banana_Diet_Diary 15th

How are you ?

Today, Banana Fruit Diet menu... ( Weight loss program )
breakfast 08:30  : one Banana and water.

lunch    13:00 : buckwheat noodles and water.

dinner   18:00 : three banana and water.

exercise      :yoga.

I had a bowel movement well.
Beacuse ...I keep my metabolism high.
